This Rental Agreement dated as above is hiring the above stated equipment
described, customer agrees as followed:
1. Scope of Agreement:
Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC. agrees to supply the above
customer with the stated services. Rental Agreement will be completed for specific rental
items on specific date, times, and location.
2. Payment/Cancellation Terms:
Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC. Requires a fully executed
Rental Agreement and a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Full payment is due within 24 hours before the event date.
A 24-hour notice of cancelation must be given to cancel the event. A 25% fee will apply to all cancelled events.
If you would like to avoid 25% cancellation fee, you can transfer the booking amount for
another event up to one calendar year as long as equipment is available.
3. Weather:
Customer assumes all weather related risks involved in
holding an event. Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC is not responsible for any results
from high wind, snow, rain, hail, flooding, extreme cold or heat, or any other factors.
No exceptions. Payment is still due in full.
4. Location/Set Up:
Customer shall have the site free and clear of all obstacles, natural and
man-made prior to arrival. Royal Train Ride Rentals LLC require smooth level ground in
order to provide the best riding experience with all of our products. Hills, soft grounds,
or large inclines cannot be used by our trackless trains or attractions. (SAFETY FIRST)
If a suitable location of grounds is not properly provided upon our arrival, Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC
reserves the right not to perform the services an leave the premises. No refunds. No exceptions.
5. Operation and Use:
Customer cannot allow anyone who is not a Royal Train Rides
Rentals LLC employee to operate equipment. Trackless trains or attractions cannot be used for any other
intended purpose other than what is listed on rental agreement. Customers should not misuse,
harm, or abuse the trackless trains or other attractions. Our attractions should not be used for any illegal
purpose or in any illegal or unsafe manner. Decorations can be placed on the train or attractions using
blue masking tape, zip ties, or string only.
6. Delivery/Set Up:
Customer will ensure that there is a adequate parking area for our truck(s) and trailer(s).
Train rentals only will require approximately seven car lengths long end to end.
Additional attractions will require more parking space.
The amount of parking space needed will be provided at the time of booking.
Customer will provide any needed parking passes or any special instructions for parking a
minimal of 24 hours before event.
Customer gives Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC permission to enter property for delivery and set up.
Failure to provide adequate parking will automatically cancel the event. No refunds. No exceptions.
7. Equipment Failure:
Customer agrees to immediately discontinue the use of equipment
if at any time it becomes unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Royal Train Ride Rentals LLC will
attempt to make equipment operable in a reasonable time.
If unit is not placed back into operation, an adjustment of rental charges will be made for that specific unit only.
This provision does not relieve renter from all other obligations of the rental agreement.
8. Force Majeure:
Royal Train Rides Rentals LLC shall not in any way be liable for any
damages or expenses caused by any failure or delay in presenting one of the above
attractions as hereinafter provided if cause by war, riots, pandemics, strikes,
government regulations, labor or transportation difficulties, adverse weather
conditions, or any other accident or circumstances over which Royal Train Rides
Rentals, LLC has no control.
